WHO LET THE DOGS OUT????

Breaking news was reporting on KMAN radio out of Manhattan, Kansas on February 3rd that on the previous afternoon the Pott. Co. Courthouse was shut down while an exterminator was brought in to treat a flea infestation. An employee had noticed bites after coming in to work after hours.
